Your home address must be correct in ATS (DOE's automated system). The applications will generate the registered address and determine the "zoned school" for your child.
If you presently live at a new address and haven't brought or emailed proof of residence to Ms. Patty or myself, please do so immediately. Acceptable proofs of residence are:
- A residential utility bill (gas or electric) in the resident’s name issued by National Grid or Con Edison must be dated within the past 60 days.
- An original lease agreement, deed, or mortgage statement for your residence.
- A current property tax bill for the residence.
- Official payroll documentation from an employer, such as a form submitted for tax withholding purposes or payroll receipt.
Please fill out the Google Form if your address is still the same so we can cross-reference to ensure there are no errors.
In the meantime, you can do the following:
- Learn about middle school admissions on the DOE website.
- Find detailed information about schools you and your child are interested in in the MySchools middle school directory.
Questions or Concerns: Please reach out to Ms. Valle at cvalle4@schools.nyc.gov or Ms. Santaliz at nsantaliz@schools.nyc.gov
